Short terms for a simple app.

These terms apply to your use of DeepMinutes: Pomodoro Focus (“DeepMinutes”), published by To Infy. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

Using DeepMinutes

DeepMinutes is a focus timer and a private record of the time you spend working. It is a productivity tool, not a medical or therapeutic one, and it does not diagnose or treat attention difficulties.

What the app can and cannot block

Focus Shield depends on what your device allows. On iPhone it uses Apple Screen Time to hold selected apps back during a session. On Android no equivalent capability exists within Play policy, so DeepMinutes falls back to session reminders. The app states which of the two applies on your device before you rely on it, and neither is a guarantee that you cannot reach a blocked app — a determined user can always change their own settings.

Price

DeepMinutes is free to download and use, and every feature is included. There are no in-app purchases. We may offer optional paid features in the future; if we do, their price and terms will be shown in the app before you buy, purchases will be made through the App Store or Google Play under their refund policies, and these terms will be updated first.

Your content

Tasks, sessions and settings you create are yours. They stay on your device, and we claim no rights over them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups: because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it if a device is lost, reset or the app is deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, use it to break the law, or interfere with its security. Automated access to this website or the support form is not permitted.

Availability

DeepMinutes runs offline and does not depend on our servers to work. The app stores and this website may still be unavailable at times, and features may change as the app develops.

Warranty and liability

DeepMinutes is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To Infy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data where no backup exists, or for work missed because a timer, notification or block did not behave as expected. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
